  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
  • The product must not have been damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window
  • Products that show signs of tampering or damage not caused during shipping
  • Gift cards or promotional items

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at team@gluzarinshdlixox.world within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in the return authorization.
  • Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
